Account details (name, email), business identity documents you upload (Business Registration or NIC) for licence verification, payment slips, and basic usage data needed to operate your licence.

To create your account, verify and issue your licence, provide support, and send transactional emails (trial keys, approvals, receipts). We do not sell your personal data.

Storage & security

Documents are stored in Firebase Storage with access restricted to you and our staff. Licence data is held in our licensing system. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address in the footer.
