Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of esystemlk’s POS software and services. Please replace this template with your finalised terms before launch.

Licences

Each licence key is issued to one business and binds to your email and Business Registration or NIC, and to one device. Keys must not be shared, transferred, or resold. We may suspend a licence used in breach of these terms.

Free trial

The free trial provides full features for one day and is limited to one per business. Trials automatically lock at the end of the period.

Payments & plans

Paid plans are activated after we verify your payment. Online plans are billed monthly; the offline plan is a one-time perpetual licence. Setup fees are one-time. Prices are in LKR and may change with notice.

Refunds

Because a trial is available before purchase, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, tamper with the licensing, or use the software unlawfully.
